Service Description
Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga practice. We'll focus on strength, balance, and flexibility, and you'll leave feeling relaxed and balanced. Practice typically includes an opportunity to connect with community, an invitation for inquiry into yoga philosophy, time to arrive on the mat and get centered as we make space for the yoga to unfold. Often we explore pranayama, warm up the body and explore asana practice. We end our practice in our restful space with time for meditative self-reflection. Donation-based/pay what you can for the practice. Options provided for all levels; recommend yoga blocks, mat, water, blanket, and strap (none required).
